About ALU Advisory
Founded by Andrej Lukovic, ALU Advisory provides executive-level technology and business transformation consulting. Andrej brings over two decades of leadership experience in IT strategy, enterprise modernization, and digital transformation. His work spans sectors from consumer goods to mobility, with a proven track record of delivering scalable and secure solutions.
Previously Andrej led a multi-year, $12M-$30M digital and business transformations—including ERP replacement, Salesforce (Commerce Cloud, Financial Services, Order Managements, Loyalty, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud), Guidewire, AWS and Azure cloud migrations, and achieving full PCI/PII compliance. He also co-founded Evo Car Share during his tenure at BCAA, scaling it into a $30M business.
Fluent in English, French, Portuguese and Serbian/Croatian, Andrej holds an MSc in Telecom Engineering from Université Paris-Sud and completed executive programs at Stanford, UBC Sauder and Segal Schools of Business. He’s also served on the board of Cousteau, Vancouver’s French international school.
Today, ALU Advisory continues to support executives and leadership teams with interim IT leadership, technology roadmaps, architecture modernization, compliance programs, and cross-functional transformation strategy. Whether stabilizing operations or scaling innovation, Andrej partners with organizations to deliver pragmatic, measurable results.
